Pennisetum ‘Fairy Tails’

A modern hybrid Fountain grass selection with a strongly upright habit and a mass of arching light pinky-white flowers fading to beige over a very long summer season, into autumn. Requiring a sunny spot in well drained soil to overwinter well. Otherwise it is very hardy. Height 1m. A very hardy P. orientale hybrid with a close resemblance to that species, though tougher. Highly attractive and effective when repeated through herbaceous plantings.
