Philadelphus pringlei (syn. coulteri)

Another of the virtually unheard of Mexican species, yet one of the most attractive. An arching shrub, so far to about 1.8m in my garden, with big, flat, softly scented white flowers in summer. A particular feature is the whitish-grey hairy underside to the leaves. Most rare and frankly rather desirable.
