An elegant Pseudopanax relative from the moist forests of Southern Chile. Small compound foliage consists of five slim leaflets and the green flowers in terminal clusters give rise to maroon-purple fruits. Makes a large shrub or even small tree to 6m if very happy. Hardy to at least -12c in one known site. I've seen these under Araucaria and Nothofagus dombeyi at altitude in Chile.
