Rhododendron tsariense var. trimoense AP 57

One of the best for foliage effect, especially in forms like this. A small, slow growing species, only reaching 100-150cm after many years, though larger in the wild. From a relatively small area in the Himalaya, this has really excellent small foliage, dusted above in golden-brown or white and densely rich golden-brown under, as are the stems. Dainty, white or white-pink flowers in spring.
