Thalictrum delavayi
A very beautiful airy perennial held in high regard by all who know it. Delicate looking pale grey-green, ferny, much divided foliage and branched heads of many small pale lilac-pink flowers with contrasting light-yellow stamen in late summer. Height to 1.5m. Sun or part shade, but best in a cool sheltered place where it is gently supported by other tall things. Hardy. Suited to not overly dry fertile soil.
