Such a beauty I named my first son after it; well, not quite... A gorgeously elegant, semi-pendulous Chinese species usually only medium sized with a broad crown, but can get larger if drawn up by other trees, to 25m in ideal conditions. This is an exceptional form with very fine, plain, apple-green leaves with pale silvery-grey undersides, naturally free of aphids. These turn to a pale-yellow in autumn. As easy to grow as any lime.
