Trachycarpus wagnerianus x princeps

A most desirable hardy palm for the UK, combining the excellent wind-resistant stiff, neat foliage of T. wagnerianus and the distinctly silver-grey leaf under-surfaces of T. princeps. A relatively recent hybrid combination, rarely encountered. Happiest in rich soil, though very tolerant, as is evidenced by T. princeps occupying vertical cliff faces in China. Tolerant of full sun or shade.
