Ulmus lamellosa

Very rare in cultivation, as are so many interesting elms, this has a proven good resistance to DED with mature trees in Liverpool and Holland, where it has reached a maximum of nearly 10m tall. The crown shape is elegant, being rounded but with spreading branches holding small leaves. Attractive mottled, flaking bark. Native to Eastern China and very hardy.

Pot size: 5L
