Viburnum setigerum

A fine shrub with many attractive features, though rarely encountered in gardens or trade. A medium sized deciduous species with an open habit; the foliage emerging metallic blue-red-green, turning through shades of green and then finally orange-red in autumn. Clusters of juicy, orange-red berries, turning scarlet, follow the white early summer flowers. Hardy and easy in most soils and situations.
