Eryngium ‘Fromefield Rapier’

An unidentified South American species forming low evergreen rosettes of particularly slim, linear, spine-edge foliage, sending vertical flowering stems to only 80-90cm with rounded thimbles of white flower in summer, attracting a multitude of pollinators. Similar in many ways to E. eburneum, but smaller in all its parts. For sun and reasonably drained soils.
