Phlomis russeliana NE Turkish form

A form with contasting flower parts of deep and pale yellow and greener leaves. Whorls of flowers encircling the 1.2m stems in summer. Forms slowly spreading patches of luscious hairy leaves, green in winter. Seed heads provide winter interest. Sun or part shade, very tough.
