Impatiens omeiana

A hardy Chinese species with mildly serrated narrow green leaves, each with a yellowish mid-rib, making a striking contrast. The elongated flowers are a soft creamy-yellow and are seen from mid-summer to autumn on stems to 50cm. For a not too dry site. Stays put if a little drier, but spreads well if moist. Very hardy and easy, making excellent low foliage and flower in semi to full shade.
